I really loved this recipe! I tweeted it to be vegetarian, so I used your measurements of parmesan cheese, mozzarella, sauce and spices. I used these bistro pizza doughs that were on sale at ShopRite and cut them to the size of wonton wrappers. So, I just omitted the pepperoni. What a spot on taste! Thank you! Now when I indulge on New Year’s Eve I can feel a little better...both mentally and physically. Those Totino’s go down fast and easy, but I usually feel bloated and have agida soon after eating about 20 ( I can’t pace myself)! All the best!
